Thursday Theme---Fly
I am not a photoshoppin' expert, so this will have to do for the week. I took this one at the 4th of July Parade this summer. Darn those power lines! I have not gotten very creative today!
If you'd like to see more interpretations of the theme of FLY, go by Tracey's Picture This blog. Her photo is just beautiful!!
Wait! I remembered this comical photo I had in my high school album. I took this one right after graduating from high school on a band trip we took to Disney World. My friend and fellow oboe player, Donna, is flying!!

Love your interpretations of flight--and I think I have the same one from a hotel in high school!

I was a cheerleader (yes, don't laugh) and I've got lots of flying photos of me. But, I am sooooo not getting them out. No way, no how!

I don't know how I missed your Thursday Theme post!! I really love the planes in formation because I am a jet plane junkie. We used to live on the South Head in Sydney and whenever there was a fly-by for Australia day or whatever, they came in really low over the Heads and the scream of the jets was enough to make me 'pee my pants' as Julia Roberts might say. (Pretty Woman) I used to crane my neck and watch the undercarriage as they roared over in a split second. Whew. Heady stuff.
